- Conducts regular on-site visits to work with the customer and customer representatives, deeply understand customers’ needs and sell our designingservices to customers
- Serves as liaison between customer, sales management, purchasing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. Identifies and implements process enhancements to minimize problems and maximize efficiency. Elevates issues and provides the customer with prompt problem resolution.
- Identifies unique project requirements and develops a project management strategy, in conjunction with the sales management team, to meet the customer's needs.
- Develops regular communication vehicles, and meetings to ensure customer and dept management consistently informed.
- May have inventory selection, presentation or replenishment responsibilities.

Requirements:
- 2~4 years working experiences in Designing or Real estate industry
- Previous sales experience, preferably with Interior Design background
- Must be highly driven and self-motivated
- Face to face selling experience
- Confidence and excellent communication skills are crucial to succeed in this role
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish and provide superior customer service
.- Good knowledge of the Vietnam
- Bachelor Degree in related is required
- Basic English

- Over 6 years proven experience selling to the end user
- Proven experience selling across a wide variety of networks, e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare and distributors.
- Prior experience managing regional or national accounts
- Prior experience in energy efficiency related industry
- Proven ability to manage and drive sales with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical mindse
- Self-motivated and resourceful personality
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
