TASKS & DUTIES
- Understand client requirements and real world supply chain challenges
- Create Supply Chain models from specification of senior consultant
- Develop objects, rules and relationships between model using Java language
- Generate scenarios and simulate what can be the future
- Analyse data and outcome
- Review with senior consultant and client assumptions and discuss output and findings
- Collaborate with various senior and junior consultants and analysts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree minimum
- 01-03 years of working experience is a plus
- IT background or other scientific/technical studies but with strong ability in IT & coding
- Strong knowledge in Java Core, Object oriented programing.
- Solid, good in mathematics (logic/statistics)
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge HTML is a plus
- Commit to an intership duration of 03-06 months as minimum.

Mô tả công việc:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Investigate, collect and analyze data and information
Investigate and seek for detailed information on specific area
Collect data from different sources (production line, information systems, reports, etc.)
Process and analyze data to provide requested insights to senior consultants
Analyze problem root causes in a systemic manner

Synthesis insight and present conclusions to senior consultants
Perform various duties such as market research, business modeling and process documentation.

2. Facilitate communication
Be the cultural and language interface between the Project manager and the client (General Manager, Managers, Supervisors, workers) or external parties (suppliers, authorities, etc.) (VNENG)
Actively communicate with client staff to promote the project, understand and tackle the potential resistance
Perform various duties like documenting work papers such as minutes of meetings and preparing presentation material.

3. Support training and Implementation
Set up training and coaching for various audiences in the use of CEL methods
Work with client team to put in place desired improvements and changes.


4. Report
Proactively inform Consultant and PM on progress and difficulties
Support the PM with report elaboration

5. Comply to CEL standards
• Apply, maintain and improve CEL standards (methodology, tools, templates, dress code, hierarchy)
Demonstrate professionalism to clients and colleagues. Be quality focused, responsive to the team and develop/maintain productive working relationships with internal team and client.
Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and accountability, by assisting and collaborate with team members, sharing relevant ideas/opinions and listening/respond to other views.

6. Represent CEL
Represent CEL as being a unique company with highly professional people
Network, find contacts and promote CEL

7. Maintain High confidentiality
Assure discreet handling of all business information, including client names, internal and external documents, emails etc. without prior approval of senior management.
