  • - Manage staffs\’ performance and career development
    - Monitor and anticipate recurring issues pertaining to the projects: Processes, Escalations, Workload, Deliverables, Performance, staffs' turnover
    - Report to the BU Director/Operation Manager on the activity and performance of the projects on a weekly and monthly basis
    - Interact with customer throughout the projects' lifecycle: Agree and apply new processes, present monthly results, measure customer\’s satisfaction
    - Develop the vision and mid/long term plan of the Projects
    - Carry the image and participate in the decision making process of the BU and company
