1. Position's title: Marketing Executive

2. Report to: Brand Manager

3. Key duties:
3.1 Strategic Planning:
Assist direct superior in building Annual Marketing Plan for the Company.
To assist to build Annual Marketing Plan for the assigned Products.
To assist developing the product communication strategies
3.2 Brand Management:
Assist to propose, develop and implement the activations that convey the brand promise/value to consumers.
Assist to propose, develop and implement the consumer activation or promotions to build connection with consumers.
Assist to propose the development of new flavors, packages and follow up with Agencies.
Assist to follow up and analyze the development of the assigned products (brand health, sales, market execution) and propose suitable programs.
Assist to propose, develop and implement tactical program to drive volume by periods, regions.
Follow up and ensure DME used effectively and efficiently to achieve products margin (P&L).
3.3 Creative & Marketing Research Activities:
Assist to develop creative, media & research briefs and brief to Agencies
Work and follow up with Agencies in developing TVC, packages, POSM, communication vehicles that fit with product communication.
3.4 Project Management and Cross Function Works
Assist ABM to coordinate and lead internal and external relevant departments to ensure projects done properly and at high quality.
Coordinate with Trade Marketing Director/Manager to forecast sales and communication vehicles at channels.
Coordinate with other Departments for relative projects.
3.5 Marketing Intelligent:
Assemble and analyze information on economy, competition strategy & activation, customers insights, and consumer needs & demands.
Follow up, visit markets and analyze feedback from customers, consumers, then propose reactions.
Build relationship with suppliers, agencies and other departments to get competitive information as well.

4. Required skills:
Male/ female aged from 24-30 - good health
University: Major in Marketing / BA / Economics
English C level, good knowledge in computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Ms Project)
Good communication & negotiation skills
Project Management, Consumers Understanding, Creative, Analytical Skills
Teamwork, cautious, diligent, having high working responsibility spirit, well-organized, creative.
