Check and reconcile all the costs which concern to tours. Follow up and forecast cash flow.
Controlling fixed assets.
Prepare bank documents, payment request on due date debt for approval, and then proceed all necessary procedures for bank transactions.
Financial reporting.
Liaise with other departments for Accounting documents and Information
Ensure all accounting documents are checked, accounting vouchers are created, signed and records to proper entry account.
Checking reconciliation/cash position daily.
Ensure timely month end closing.
Prepare tax and other statutory reports.
Liaise with the government authorities and bankers.
Maintain accounting system and completing the monthly, quarterly and year-end report.
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Collect actual sales data from the terminal to issue invoices to customers.
Other duties as assigned by chief accountant.
Cum Manage Human Resource issues: Payrolls, Bonus policy, labor contracts, social Insurance...

Requirements:
Fluently English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
At least 5 years of experience especially related vegetables, fruit dealing
