• Ensure that the appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times
• Supervises and participates in taking physical inventories.
• Supervises and participates in maintaining records of storekeeping activity.
• Collect the damaged goods
• Checks material and equipment in and out.
• Ensure that the warehouse is in good condition and can keep the goods safe from elements of nature
• Effectively layout & space management
• Coordinate to execute the stock audit process and make sure the correct information/ report
• Implement warehouse best practice tools according to company’s objectives
• Support to identify transportation solution
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers to ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate with relevant division for stock in goods
• Delivery and collect stock on time
• Delivery with right process and standard
• Produce the exactly report and on time
• Produce weekly/monthly plan
• Safety warehouse

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years’ work experience in transportation, warehouse management, distribution logistics
• Proficient in Oral and Written Communication in English is prefered
• Good in Microsoft suite software
• Mature, positive thinking, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, adaptable, well-organized and systematic.
• Technical knowledge of supply chain, distribution, logistics, purchasing or related functions.
