• JOB REQUIREMENT:

a. Start date: Can start working as soon as possible.

b. Requirement:
- Qualification: Bachelor or master degree from IT or a related major like Computer science.

- Year of Experience and Field of Experience:
+ Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT/ software development.
+ Have passion on integrate, trouble shoot, and fix the solution after integration.
+ Prefer having experience to develop, integrate, break and fix software in banking industry.

- Knowledge:
+ Good knowledge of programming / programming languages and software development project.
+ Proficient knowledge of C#/ dotnet, Microsoft technologies, C/C++ programming languages.
+ Networks Programming, Socket Programming
+ Have good knowledge and skills with OOAD
+ Large Scale Database or Relational Database like MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL.
+ Multi-Tier Layers Programming and Middleware concept, Network Protocols TCP/IP
+ Good knowledge of software development models, all software development phase from collecting requirements, analysis to development, testing and delivery.


• JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Integrate ATM / new devices into customer’s system:
+ Study Diebold new technologies to offer to the bank.
+ Build the plan and to integrate ATM, product and solution into banks system.
+ Work directly with bank’s IT people to integrate new device to bank system when required.
+ Write technical documents, guide for CSE to help CSE to service betters.

- Design and develop application, solutions for customers
+ Take part in all phases of software development cycle (gather requirement, analyze, design, coding…) to develop applications, solutions for customers.
+ Propose innovation ideas during design and develop software.
+ Propose innovation and effective ideas to support for achievement of assignment PS Revenue and Gross Margin.

- Support all software issues occur on assigned Diebold product system
+ Troubleshoot and fix all reported issues come from external/internal that related to customer’s Diebold product system on time
+ Ensure the software after fixing will run stable.

- Customer Relationship:
+ Build up strong relationship with customers to develop service business, to understand customer position, propose solutions and deliver service to meet customer‘s expectation.
