Responsibility
• Support Brand Manager in leading and implementing planned brand building according to approved execution plan to achieve objective.
• Involve in all phases of new product development from inception to launching (new instant noodle brand – Reeva Oats ).
• Prepare and execute a 360 communications campaign.
• Do market research (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Work with Design Team to translate product concept and features to packaging and collateral design.
• Manage marketing budget.
• Market and competition analysis.
• Work with Agencies in developing new packaging, communications.
• Coordinate with other functional departments (R&D, Purchasing, Planning, etc..).
Achievements
• Have an overview of market and consumer in FMCG industry (especial in beverage and food).
• Have an overview in 360 marketing.
• Be able to prepare sale forecast and P&L.
• Be able to develop proposal and activity plant.
• Improve leading and management skill.

Responsibility
• Lead and conduct internal research (logistics, testing, data analyzing, reporting).
• Assist Market Research Manager in scheduling and planning research based on project requirements.
• Provide essential information (market intelligence, customer insights, tracking data – Brand Health tracking, Retail Audit) to Brand Team and Sale team to develop long-term brand strategies.
• Work with agencies to carry out external research.
• Manage Research budget.
• Effective day-to-day manage and coordinate other departments, such as Brand team, R&D, Finance, etc to have working plan done.
