- Take responsibilities as a personal trainer.
- Establish nutritional and exercise program as demands of member.
- Be responsible for enhancing the product and service that is presented to the residents/members.
- Instruct members on proper use of club equipment and exercise techniques.
- Implement training (Body & Health) classes, and other activities to maximize member satisfaction.
- Resolve member complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of member satisfaction and quality.
- Ensure safety and hygiene procedures are respected at all time to protect members.
- Contribute to running a Clean, Friendly and well maintained Club
- Build a professional and effective team that will ensure all members receive best quality service.
- Train the team on first aid, emergency and hygiene procedures.
- Report on a regular basis to the Operation Director on the performance of Health Club & Fitness Center and other facilities in residents related.
- Supervise for the financial management of the Gym operations
- Provide other duties and services as assigned by Operations Manager/ Operations Director.
