OPPORTUNITY:
This is a senior sales&marketing management position focused on solutions and services selling to existing and new accounts. The ideal candidate will have proven success cultivating new business opportunities selling projects, solutions or services to customers. - Reach and exceed established quarterly and annual sales targets
- Drive new business with existing clients and develop additional sales opportunities with new clients
- Drive sales using a solutions based selling approach creating financial value for customers
- Establish and maintain key relationships at all levels
- Develop and sustain competitive knowledge on industry channels to be leveraged - The proven ability to sell from concept to solution leveraging a full spectrum of our products & services
- The ability to clearly demonstrate clear financial value ROI to customers Requirements:
- Over 6 years proven experience selling to the end user
- Proven experience selling across a wide variety of networks, e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare and distributors.
- Prior experience managing regional or national accounts
- Prior experience in energy efficiency related industry
- Proven ability to manage and drive sales with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong financial acumen and analytical mindse
- Self-motivated and resourceful personality
- Fluent in English both written and spoken



ON design studio are highly creative and talented architects and designers with considerable professional experience designing and and working in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, urbanism and design.
The practice was established by director who have long experience with large and award winning architectural firms.


The objective is to deliver solutions for buildings and sites which are developed and not by applying principles of innovation, sustainability and affordability. Our goal is also to create good client relationships by providing a professional yet personal service. On design studio works at all scales and sectors, including corporate, cultural, hospitality, retail, education and residential.
We also provide additional services including Graphic Design for marketing, furniture design and window display for retails shop.
