• Review and give advice on the systems, procedures and documentation set out for Diamond Island project.
• Review weekly reports, monthly reports, chair M&E meetings.
• Attend M&E and co ordination meeting with contractors and consultants.
• Determine policy to manage quality of M&E system for the Project.
• Reviewing Contractors and suppliers, including delivery’s of purchased products.
• Assist contractor where ever needed, so as to improve time and quality.
• Review M&E design and report to Project Manager on any issue relative to M&E design, M&E construction works.
• Review and advice Project Manager for approval of M&E design specification and method statement/description of M&E works.
• Oversee and monitor the issuing of of M&E design works.
