• Source, negotiate and procure woodchips locally at the best delivered price and within the time expectation
• Collect and analyse market knowledge to enable best buying strategy and execution.
• Support the mill to ensure no stock out situation at all time
• Maintain strategic relationship and alliances with strategic suppliers and partners
• Resolve all material and delivery operational issues to achieve high On Time Delivery target
• Identify breakthrough initiatives to enhance our woodchips buying position locally
• Perform procurement function according to company Procurement SOP and Policy.
• Besides the above job expectations, he has to provide leadership to the IWC team in managing the woodchips procurement function. This includes coaching/developing junior staff, setting buying strategies and manage big pictures for the business.

- Be responsible for implementing, guiding and improving the material production process at Mills
- Checking raw material and product quality at Mills
- Working as a controller at port site for quality assurance upon product delivery
- Supervising and work with third party in the process of getting and checking samples
- Preventing contamination in product delivery process
- verify the products meet the Company's standard
- Resolve and report all arising troubles in Mill's production line, at port site and also third party
- Timely reporting as per company requirements.
