Functional Objective:

- To co-ordinate and evaluate Operational and Service Areas of the Club, including Front Desk operation, Member Relations Department, Club Budget, Club Maintenance and Cleanliness, Member Services, Human Resources and Vendor contact are in accordance with the company's procedures and applicable laws.

- Report To: Country Manager/ Manager, Operations.

* Key Responsibilities:

+ Customer Service:

- Spending minimum 3 hours at peak time for member check in at front desk.

- Complaint resolution.

- Regular meeting with Reception Supervisor.

- Implement members' program as assigned
+ Facilities Care:

- Daily club walk through to ensure the club is being operated in a high quality and safe standard.

- Conduct facilities audit on a regular daily basis, arranging repair and handling any incident or problem which arises in a timely period.

- Report any outstanding issue to Direct Manager.

- Manage cleaning staffs.

+ Staffing:

- To train and develop staffs and services are continually executed at the highest level.

- To co-ordinate the recruitment process making sure manpower is sufficient.

- To manage staff roster.

+ Administration:

- Handle internal and external email.

- To co-ordinate in documenting and publishing policy & procedures.

- Monitor class count process and provide constructive feedback for scheduling improvement to direct manager.

- Manage Retail inventory with reception team and co-ordinate in achieving company targets.

- Work closely with vendor on contract negotiation.
