Main responsibilities include:
• Assist GM in collecting market information, keep track of current market trend.
• Search & identify potential clients from different channels to expand client database.
• Make cold calls, build relationship with new clients.

Other essential duties:
• Visit clients to collect the necessary information in terms of recruitment needs & requirements, corporate culture, etc.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement.
• Attend specific industry workshops, seminars and community events if any to update market information & improve company service.
• Other tasks as assigned by GM.

Decision Making Authority, Recommendations, and Impact:
• Suggest the improvement of sales function’s efficiency.
• Play the role of the connection between Clients and Consultant team, work closely with Consultant team to follow-up recruitment activities.
• Cooperating with other departments to succeed in working out the daily operations.

Requirements:
Education:
• University graduate, major in Business Administration, Economics & equivalent
• Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply

Related experience:
• 1-year experience in sales / business development role is preferred, or prior experience in sales-related internship

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Enthusiasm for sales, ability to work under high pressure to achieve personal targets
• Willing to travel
• Good command of English (4 skills)
• Proficient in using MS Office
• People management, customer service, problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Individual & proactive
• Good appearance
