  • Main responsibilities include:
    • Work with GM to establish & implement the business plan in line with company goals and targets
    • Conduct market research to keep track of current market trends & competitors’ activities
    • Build exceptional relationship with existing customers and active prospecting for new clients to expand customer database and achieve sales targets

    Other essential duties:
    • Visit clients to collect necessary information in terms of recruitment needs & requirements, corporate culture, etc
    • Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement
    • Attend specific industry workshops, seminars and community events to update market information, improve company service and expand client database
    • Identify new business opportunities, work out long & short term strategies for business development, implement the business plan in line with the agreed objectives
    • Other tasks as assigned by GM

    Decision Making Authority, Recommendations, and Impact:
    • Responsible for contract negotiation
    • Suggest the improvement of sales function’s efficiency
    • Play the role of the connection between Clients and Consultant team, work closely with Consultant team to follow up and boost recruitment activities, ensure monthly/quarterly/annual targets are achieved
    • Cooperating with other departments to succeed in working out the daily operations

    Requirement
    Education:
    • University graduate, major in Business Administration, Economics & equivalent

    Related experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development role
    • Prefer candidates with experience in B2B environment, experience in HR or relevant services is strongly preferred

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
    • Enthusiasm for sales, able to work under high pressure to achieve personal targets
    • Willing to travel
    • Good command of English (4 skills)
    • Proficient in using MS Office
    • People management, customer service, problem solving skills
    • Strong at interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Individual & proactive
    • Good appearance
