  • Report to: General Manager
    1. Business Development:
    • Finding new & potential clients and consulting clients to use company service
    • Meeting customers to understand their inquiries and resolve customers′ claims or concerns if any
    • Building up, developing and maintaining excellent rapport and strong business relationship with key accounts and new clients
    2. Candidates Search & Selection
    • Searching and hunting qualified candidates based on clients’ requests
    • Interviewing and evaluating to select the most suitable candidates before transferring to clients
    • Manage and consult with Clients in candidate selection process.
    • Assist the negotiation process between Clients and candidates.
    • Handle any complaints from clients / candidates.
    • Help the successful candidate through their transition into client′s organization.
    • Follow up the recruiting process until finishing the guarantee time
    • Ensure the Executive Search & Selection service to be on time with good quality of candidates
    3. People Development:
    • Actively encourage & push other team members to achieve the common goals
    • Act as a mentor to subordinates, provide them with continuous support in daily working performance & skill development.

  • Requirements:
    • At least 5 - 6 years of working experience in the same field or 7-year experience in HR (preferably recruitment) role in multinational Manufacturing companies.
    • Good command of English
    • Ability to work under high pressure and achieve individual sales target
    • People management, customer service, problem solving skills
    • Individual & proactive.
