Main Responsibility: Take care all of Foreign Vendors
- Responsible for issuing New Purchase Order and keeping track of itself to make sure the products will be arrived timely.
- Making a complaint if there\’s something wrong with price, cost, commodity and its arrival time as well.
- Preparing customs documents promptly and doing customs clearance to take the goods from the Port to Warehouse.
- Settling these company\’s arising problem in authority (relevant to my responsibility) as well as be assigned.
- Managing, updating website content accordingly. (nhatgiap.com.vn)
- Arranging, preparing product documents (C/O, PDF, MSDS…) to give it for customers if in need.
- Representing for the boss to contact, make appointment with the customers under manager\’s supervision.
- Some of works relevant to manager. (Making a reservation, Booking a hotel, Scheduling Director Business Trip…)
